WEDDING CUSTOM PORTRAIT

Ordering your scribbleism portrait is super easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Choose the custom portrait that matches the number of people you want.
2. Use the dropdown to add the number of pets you’d like included in the portrait.
3. Add to cart and complete your order.
4. Send your pictures and details.
   Right after you place your order, you’ll get an email asking for your photos and info. Just reply with everything I need:
   • PICTURES:
     • Clear face pictures, so I can capture the features.
     • Full body pictures, to get the proportions right.
     • Clothing pictures, if you have something specific in mind.
   • TEXT (optional):
     • You can include names, a date, or a short message like "Happy Birthday", "Congratulations", "Best mom ever", etc.
5. Get an order confirmation.
   I’ll check your photos and contact you if I need anything else.
6. Receive your portrait by email in 48–72h.
7. If everything looks good, I’ll send you the high resolution files.
   If you ordered a printed version, it’ll arrive at your address in 4–8 days.

To create your portrait, I’ll need some good quality pictures so I can see all the details clearly. Here’s what would help the most:

• Clear face photos, so I can capture your features well
• Full body photos, to get your proportions right
• Outfit photos, if you want specific clothes in the portrait

No worries if you don’t have a group picture — feel free to send separate photos of each person. I’ll make sure everyone appears together in the final drawing :)

1. How will I get my portrait?
We deliver all portraits by email – nothing physical is shipped unless you ask for a print. You'll receive your portrait in jpg and pdf format. Feel free to ask if you want another format.

2. How long does it take?
Once we get your order and good-quality photos, we’ll create your portrait in 2–3 business days.

3. How I send my pictures?
Right after you place your order, you’ll get an email asking for your photos and info. You can attached the pictures answering this email or you can send a new email to hello@scribbleism.io. Don't forget to add your order number :) 

There’s no rush on my end for you to send the pictures, but keep in mind that the turnaround time of 48-72h starts counting once you send the info.

4. I don’t have a picture of all the people of my portrait together, can I send separate pictures?
Of course! I'll manage to draw them all together :)

5. Can I get a printed version?
Sure! Just order them here.

6. How long the prints take?
Once you approve the final portrait, we’ll print and ship it in 4–10 days.

7. How many copies are included in the save the dates or wedding invitations?
The save the dates and wedding invitations come digital, so you should print them by yourself. I don’t offer them printed at the moment. 

8. I want to order save the dates or wedding invitations, but I don’t have all the details yet?
No problem, you can send them later. I can start working on your portrait and add the details later.
